Role Overview
As a Client Retention Specialist, you’ll serve as the main point of contact for newly enrolled clients during their first months in GRT’s program. Your role is crucial in ensuring that clients feel supported, informed, and confident about their path to financial freedom.
You’ll combine customer care, sales, and problem-solving skills to build trust and retain clients who are navigating debt settlement.
Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls from clients and follow up on assigned tasks daily.

Build strong, positive relationships with clients through consistent communication.

Provide accurate and transparent information about GRT’s debt relief services.

Address customer questions and overcome objections with confidence and empathy.

Navigate internal computer systems to access and update customer information.

Meet or exceed performance goals in customer satisfaction and retention rates.

Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service quality.
This role requires active listening, emotional intelligence, and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Required Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in customer retention, call center sales, or account management.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage conversations and guide customers toward solutions.

Intermediate computer and math skills for accurate data entry and reporting.

A quiet home workspace with high-speed internet (minimum 50 Mbps).

Compensation and Benefits
Pay: $17 per hour + monthly bonus opportunities
Schedules Available: 8AM–4:30PM EST, 10AM–6:30PM EST, or 12:30PM–9PM EST
